My philosophy is simple. I believe we all have the power to heal; ourselves and each other. My intention is to help my clients reconnect to that place in themselves where healing begins. My goal for every session is to help alleviate pain, relieve tension, and correct imbalances in both the physical and subtle energy bodies.

My journey into the healing arts began in 2005. I attended Twin Lakes College of the Healing Arts in Santa Cruz and was certified as a massage therapist in 2008. The foundation of my training was in Swedish massage, but I also specialized in postural analysis, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, facilitated stretching techniques, and acupressure. I then went on to complete a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at San Jose State University, graduating in 2015. From there, my educational journey continued at Five Branches University where I spent another 5 years learning the theories and methods of traditional Chinese medicine. I graduated with a doctorate degree in 2020 and am now a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist as well.

Helping people stay active, connected to, and pain free in their bodies has become a key focus of my life and education. I love what I do, and it never ceases to amaze me how truly powerful and transformative our bodies really are.
